The 2019 Tokyo World Cup was held on April 7 in Tokyo, Japan. The competition took place in the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.

Confirmed by the FIG.[1]

Russia's Angelina Simakova was initially on the roster, but was swapped out in favor of her compatriot Ksenia Klimenko.[2] Germany's Elisabeth Seitz also withdrew from the roster, replaced by Carina Kroell.[3] Brazil's Thais Fidelis withdrew in March, replaced by Carolyne Pedro.[4]
