Andreea Elena Ulmeanu (b. May 15, 1984 in Timişoara, Romania) is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast. She represented Romania at the 2001 Ghent World Championships, where the team placed 1st. She was also the alternate for the 1999 Tianjin World Championships and the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
