He Licheng (born March 26, 2004 in Anhui, China) is a Chinese elite gymnast. She was a contender for the Olympic Team at the 2020 Olympic Games, placing 6th and 7th in the 1st and 2nd Olympic Trials.
Junior Career[]
2018[]
He made her international debut at the City of Jesolo Trophy, placing fifth with her team and twenty-fourth in the all-around. Later that year, she competed at the Chinese Individual National Championships, winning vault silver, all-around bronze, and placing fourth on balance beam and floor exercise and eighth on uneven bars.
2019[]
He competed at the Chinese National Championships, placing fifteenth in the all-around. At the Chinese Junior National Championships, she won uneven bars and floor exercise gold, all-around and balance beam silver, and placed fifth on vault. She went on to compete at the Chinese National Youth Games, winning bronze on floor exercise and placing fourth with her team fifth in the all-around, seventh on uneven bars, and eighth on vault. She then placed fifth in the all-around and eighth on floor exercise at the Chinese Individual national Championships. She finished her season at the Olympic Hopes Cup, winning team and uneven bars gold and all-around silver.

Competitions were limited in 2020, so He was only able to compete at a few domestic competitions in China. First, she placed fifth with her team and ninth in the all-around at the Chinese National Championships. Then, she won floor exercise gold and all-around and balance beam bronze and placed fifth on uneven bars.
2021[]
He began her season at the Yangtze Delta Invitational, winning team, all-around, and balance beam gold, and placing fifth on vault and seventh on floor exercise. At the Chinese National Championships, she placed fifth with her team and in the all-around. She was selected to competed at the 1st Chinese Olympic Trials, placing fourth on vault, fifth on floor exercise, sixth in the all-around, seventh on uneven bars, and eighth on balance beam. She also competed in the 2nd Chinese Olympic Trials, placing fifth on vault, sixth on balance beam, seventh in the all-around and on floor exercise, and tenth on uneven bars. She was not chosen for the Chinese Olympic team.
He finished her season at the Chinese National Games, winning team silver, floor exercise bronze, and placing eighth in the all-around.
2022[]
He competed at the Chinese National Championships, winning team and all-around bronze, and placing seventh on floor exercise. She was named an alternate to the Chinese team for the World Championships.
