Yin Sisi (Chinese: 殷思思, pinyin: yīn sī sī , born April 10, 2003 in Hubei) is an elite Chinese gymnast. Yin began gymnastics at the age of three, eventually making the Hubei provincial team in 2013.

Junior Career[]

2017-2018[]

In 2017, Yin competed at the Chinese National Championships, where she placed sixth with her Hubei regional team. In June she competed at the Chinese Junior Championships, placing eighth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars in her age division. In August, she competed at the Chinese National Games, placing sixth with her team.

In April 2018, Yin competed at the City of Jesolo Trophy for her international debut. She placed twelfth in the all-around, fifth on the bars, and won the silver medal during the floor final for the juniors. She was selected to represent her country at the Asian Junior Championships, where she won the gold medal on the uneven bars and the silver on beam and floor. At the Chinese Championships in May, she again placed sixth with her team, fifth in the all-around, eighth on bars, and second on floor. After the championships, she dealt with elbow injuries and repeated foot injuries.[1]

Senior Career[]

2019[]

Yin made her senior international debut at the Zhaoqing Challenge Cup in May. She competed only beam, placing second behind compatriot Li Shijia. She was made one of the substitute athletes to the 2019 World Championship team.[2] In November, she competed at the Cottbus World Cup in Germany, this time only competing uneven bars. She placed third in the final.

2020[]

Yin competed at the Chinese National Championships in late September, placing fourth with her team and fifth on uneven bars. She competed bars and beam at the Chinese Individual National Championships the next month, but did not make any finals.
