In other news:
- Like Euros in Turkey, Euros in Switzerland will take place without spectators.
- The Tokyo organizers have released an athlete rulebook with pandemic precautions.
- Athletes must be tested for COVID every four days and will not be allowed to compete if they test positive.
- Athletes will not be allowed to visit tourist areas, shops, restaurants, or bars. They also will not be allowed to socialize, shake hands with each other, or give hugs.
- If anyone breaks any of the anti-virus rules, they will be removed from their events.
- Beth Tweddle has been named an ambassador for 2022 Worlds in Liverpool.
- The CII World Cup series has been canceled altogether. Because this was part of the Olympic qualification process, the three Olympic spots have been reallocated to the top three teams from qualifications at 2019 Worlds, namely: USA, China, and Russia. However, the Tokyo World Cup has not been canceled (yet *fingers crossed*) and will serve as a test event for the Olympics.
