Zhang Qingying (张清颖) is a senior elite female Chinese gymnast born on May 21st, 2007 (age 17 as of September 2024), in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China.

Zhang made her international debut in 2021 as a junior elite gymnast at the Chinese National Championships, where she helped the Zhejiang Province team to a bronze medal. That same year, at the Chinese National Youth Games, the team came back to take the overall team title. The following year, at the 2022 Chinese National Youth Championships, she was more active and thus more successful, taking a whopping four gold medals: in the all-around and on vault, uneven bars, and balance beam, and finishing 7th on floor exercise. At the Chinese Nationals later that year, she helped her team to a silver medal and individually took one home on vault. For the rest of the competition, however, she was less successful, finishing 9th in the all-around and 8th on balance beam.

Making her senior debut in 2023, she performed well enough at the Chinese Nationals, working toward a team silver medal and taking home a silver on beam and floor and a bronze on vault and in the all-around. That year, at the Asian Championships, she won gold with the team, on beam, and on floor; she placed 2nd in the all-around and 6th on vault. The last competition Zhang was part of in 2023 was the Antwerp World Championships, where her confidence was dismayed a tad, causing her to place 4th with the Chinese team and 6th on balance beam.

In 2024, Zhang competed at the Baku World Cup, taking home the gold on balance beam.
